The worst part is the bus driver never did anything about it. He is now being charged with neglect of dependent, and could serve up to three years in prison if convicted.
Burch, the bus driver, allegedly said he allowed such behavior because it was taking place after school and he had no authority.

I didn't know this about him at the time. He's very good at what he does. Sweet, charming, caring. Never in million years would have thought he was capable of committing such a horrendous act of violating and innocent child.
