Racism is ok if whites are the target. That is crystal clear in this day and age. Apparently the inability of some black and spanish firefighters to score higher on tests is proof that the white establishment is evil.

I was watching Bill Orielly and he had Jaun Williams on and he thought that the minority should get it even if they didn't score as well as the whites .
So I'm wondering Mr. Williams if you think that is such a grand idea we can do it and make him fire chief in the fire dept. that will be responding to your house..............You won't mind that he took a test and didn't pass it....right ! HELL....we will even move Judge Satomayor in next door to you ...

I was taking the civil service battery about 10 years ago, and if you were black, hispanic, or served in the military, it was good for 10 extra points on the exams. Im fine with someone getting extra consideration for making the choice to serve ones country, but 10 points for simply not being born white? Sounds like racism to me.

You know they did that with doctors too ? and it ain't just 10 points either.
