It is in the midwest and I'm sure if someone is making nothing in the Bay Area now, then 30 and hour is more than okay for a start. We're not in a luxury economy. People have to take what they can get.

And the artcle goes on to explain that the fnding for many of these jobs comes from the stimulis bill. Since when has the governmnt ever created one single job(postal service, NASA, corp of engneers, oh yeah thats right didn't the federal government fund the building of the federal interstate system). This story must have come from the onion.

It will kill jobs in certain sections of the country. Read the almost 2,000 page bill and you will see what it will kill and how some of that bill is just utter junk. I see you think taking away millions of jobs and giving back a few hundred thousand isn't bad.
