FBI report: Sharp increase in anti-gay hate crimes

" Washington - The number of US hate crime victims rose slightly last year to nearly 9,700 from 9,500 in 2007, with most people targeted because of their skin color, the FBI said Monday.
However, as Think Progress notes, "Hate crimes based on sexual orientation had the largest increase - nearly 11 percent."

Noone deserves to get hurt because of their physical/life differences. You wanna hit someone? Do it because something they did gets you personally. Not because he likes guys or whatever.

Well I wonder why this is? Those ignoramouses(sp) that put out that dam report linking gay rights movement groups to terrorism perhaps! Was one of the dumbest dam things i ever heard of when I read it and looks as if it served the hate mongers agenda perfectly! May be wrong here but seems mighty dam coincidental!
