I concur. Prop 8 is a travesty. Majority rule cannot take away the rights of a minority group. That is why we are built to be a democratic republic, not a direct democracy, so that we won't have mob rule. Prop 8 is mob rule and is an antithesis to the very spirit and law of the US Constitution.
