you seem to miss the point that the US is helping in this matter. so it does effect us. The U.S.-based Wildlife Conservation Society said it has teamed up with a local environmental group to purchase and protect a 36-acre (14-hectare) stretch of beach in northern Sulawesi that contains about 40 nests. well i have a idea that somewhere along the way the goverment has help this group so i am sure it a down the pipeline deal that us taxpayer are getting hit for something again.
