Baghdad celebrates first public Christmas amid hope, memories

Well, this is one step towards christianity. unfortunately, the majority of people in baghdad are muslim so this is not going to make them happy. there is nothing like having a huge (staged?) christian celebration in the middle of the focal point of all muslim unrest.
