People in Oakland will riot over anything. Those idiots rioted (well tore the town up) when their team went to the Superbowl. And then when they lost the Superbowl they really rioted burning down a McDonalds.
I left Cinci just in time back in 2001 when they rioted and tore up the city over the same thing. An officer shot a guy in the back, the guy was trapped in an alley and wasn't going anywhere. The officer thought he was going for a gun.

Oakland is in a sad place and we need to make things right. We saw this kind of thing during the LA Riots, where local businesses and residents suffered from vandalism and outbreaks of violence. The injustice and horrow of the situation needs addressing, but not through this type of mob behavior.
