all i want is affordable health insurance whether it be government or what i have no insurance coverage at all 0 so i can not afford to go to doc or hospital

It's not going to be possible until you remove the "industry" suffix from "health care". Industries are machines designed to move product and make profits -- you and your ailments are nothing but blank checks for the cats at the top. We turn everything into a money-making venture in this country, its the American way.
Until healthcare goes back to being about health and care rather than making some corporate assholes more money, any other kind of reform is largely pointless to begin with.
It's not defeatist, its a sad fact of how this country works.
